CNC Manufacturing

CNC Machining is a manufacturing process that uses high speed, precision cutting tools to remove material from raw blocks. These blocks can be made of plastic, aluminum, steel or other materials and a coded machine uses tooltips to cut away material until you have a part.

Our CNC Services

Although located in Ontario, Canada, NEXT Dynamics can provide CNC machined parts and products around the world. Through a combination of import and export services and strategic manufacturing partners, low and high volume parts and products can be delivered to most countries around the world.

CNC Milling

Our CNC milling division uses 3, 4 and 5 axis machines to manufacture parts from a number of different materials. Parts can be shipped “raw” or with optional finishing options such as sandblast, tumbled, anodized, heat treated, cerakoted or any other available finish.

CNC Turning

Our CNC turning division uses lathes and multi-axis Swiss machines to turn to extremely tight tolerances. A Swiss type lathe is a turning machine that feeds the material stock through a guide bushing, near the point of support, making it extremely precise and fast when making long, slender parts.

Production Machining

A reliable source of CNC machined production parts in low or high volume.

Precision Machining

Tolerances as tight as +/- 0.0001 in. and an on-site CMM

Finishes

Anodizing (type II, III), Chrome plating, Cerakote
